Important Notice

  • Alternative bus service in case of boat cancellation
    • In the event that boat is cancelled due to low pressure or other reasons, buses will be arranged according to an alternative bus schedule.
      Please check here for the alternate bus schedule.
    • In the event of boat cancellation due to a typhoon, there will be no alternative bus service.
      If there is a possibility of boat cancellation due to a typhoon, we will announce it on our website approximately two days prior to the boat.
      (The decision will be announced in the afternoon of the day before the boat.)
    • In addition, there is no alternative bus service when the Kansai International Airport Liaison Bridge, Kobe Sky Bridge, and Hanshin Expressway Wangan Route are closed, not only in the case of typhoons.

    Discounted parking in case of boat cancellation

    • In the event that an alternative bus service is suspended, discounted parking service will be applied only if you have purchased your boarding ticket in advance.
  • Parking Fees for the Kaijo Access Terminal Parking Lot
    • The free parking service has ended. We are offering a new discount rate for passengers. Please check here (Japanese) for details.
  • How to board at Kansai International Airport
    • You must take a connecting bus from KIX Terminals 1 or 2 to get to the pier.
      Cabs and passenger cars cannot go directly to the pier.
